Renovations

Our uPVC window units fit seamlessly into existing wooden joinery, reducing heat loss and increasing soundproofing while retaining the original features of the house. uPVC has been designed to duplicate the original look of timber joinery, the finished product is in keeping with the character of villas and bungalows. This type of installation has proven to be cost effective and much quicker with the added bonus of minimal disruption to existing finishes. See how some of some of our customers’ renovation projects look today.

New Builds

Many customers are future proofing their new homes by choosing uPVC double glazing over standard double glazing as it offers superior performance and retains its good looks over time. Warm Windows provide all the specifications required by architects to include in their drawings and we actively work with builders and project managers. We are members of the NZ Green Building Council and our products exceed standard council specifications. Our range of finishes and treatments are beautifully displayed in the new home projects we have worked on.

Passive House

To meet the requirements of the Passivhaus standard, windows must comply with certain performance criteria. This normally combines triple pane insulated glazing with a good solar heat-gain coefficient, low e glass sealed, argon gas filled inter-pane voids and “warm edge” insulating glass spacers with air seals and specially developed thermally efficient window frames. Find out about our very first project, the Ideal House located at Beachlands in Auckland.

Commercial

Warm Windows is increasingly expanding into larger scale commercial properties.  Our UPVC windows and doors can be adapted to meet the needs of many different project all over New Zealand, our estimators and production engineer work together to ensure that our the not only meet your requirements but exceed them. The additional benefit of our frames ensures we use profiles with high corrosion protection and that all of our Hardware follows suit.
